DELIVERY POLICY

Hogies UK Ltd will endeavour to ship your goods in the fastest and economical fashion.

  • First Class Post service is a 1-2 days service within the United Kingdom.

  • FedEx International shipping depends on size and location.

For International shipments: Hogies UK Ltd is not liable for any additional Customs or Postal charges that might be levied once the parcel leaves The United Kingdom.

RETURNS POLICY

Hogies UK Ltd offer you a replacement, exchange or refund if: 

  • Goods are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own

  • Goods are used in accordance with specific instructions supplied at the time of purchase.

  • Goods vary from their description on the website.

To obtain a replacement, exchange or refund please contact Hogies UK Ltd at hogies.uk@btinternet.com  for instructions as to returning the goods. Assessment of damaged goods may be conducted prior to any further action being taken. Any returning items are shipped at the owners risk and Hogies UK Ltd will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.

WARRANTIES AGAINST DEFECTS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranties exist on all Hogies UK Ltd product range, our safety eyewear range come with a 3 month warranty and our magnification and illumination ranges come with a 12 month warranty. Please refer to the returns section above for directions to return goods under the warranty against defect provisions.

REFUNDS

 Hogies UK Ltd will offer a refund (excluding original postal charges) for:

Any items that are incorrect or do not work according to demands of the user. 

The goods MUST be returned in all the original packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition.
